　L-SM水式分離生產(chǎn)線采用了物理方法無害化處理的資源回收設(shè)備，將人工預(yù)先分選的廢電機定子、線包等物料經(jīng)輸送機輸送至一次破碎、二次粉碎；再經(jīng)強磁輥筒分選機將矽鋼片和銅混合物分選出來；再將銅混合物由輸送機輸送至粉碎機進一步粉碎細(xì)化得到純度較高的產(chǎn)品，然后由輸送機輸送至氣流分選機進行分選得到純度較高的銅粒和少量的雜物。因此獲得可觀的經(jīng)濟效益。由于破碎和分選工作而引起的粉塵，本系統(tǒng)全程采用負(fù)壓吸附、并配置脈沖除塵裝置，有效地控制粉塵溢出影響環(huán)境。完全符合國家環(huán)境保護要求《大氣污染物綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》GB16297—1996，避免了二次環(huán)境污染。
