無錫市金仕精密鑄造廠創(chuàng)辦于1999年，位于風(fēng)景秀麗的太湖之畔十八灣-楊灣，胡埭鎮(zhèn)富安村，旁靠靈山大佛風(fēng)景區(qū)，占地面積15畝，擁有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房4個。是一家專業(yè)熔模鑄造廠。主要采用低溫蠟水玻璃精密鑄造和中溫蠟硅溶膠精密鑄造以及復(fù)合三種工藝。

Wuxi Jinshi Precision Casting Factory was founded in 1999, located at Fuan Village, Hudai Town, and at Yang Crook, one of Eighteen Crooks of beautiful Taihu Lake, near Lingshan Grand Buddha scenic area, covering an area of

2.471 acres and owning 4 standard workshops. It is a professional investment casting factory and mainly uses three technologies such as low-temperature wax sodium silicate precision casting, middle-temperature wax silica sol precision casting and compound.

主要產(chǎn)品從類別上分為：1、國外石化、工程、船用行業(yè)鑄件：如葉輪、泵、閥、地漏、法蘭等，主要出口美國、臺灣及歐洲地區(qū)及日本；2、傳動機械零件：如萬向軸叉頭、聯(lián)軸節(jié)鑄件；3、食品行業(yè)鑄件；4、汽車行業(yè)零件；5、工程配件、鍋爐配件；6、汽車生產(chǎn)線物流配件等。從材質(zhì)上分有：1、普碳鋼：如Wcb、、ZG270-500等；2、合金鋼（Cr-Mo-Ni)：如8620、4140、ZG35CrMo；3、不銹鋼：如1Cr18Ni9、304(CF8)、316(CF8M)、316L(CF3M)、雙相不銹鋼如S31803、1.4460等；4、耐熱鋼如0Cr25Ni20、A297(HK)等；5、銅、鋁鑄件如C83600、A356等等。材質(zhì)元素采用跟蹤方式，具體執(zhí)行按GB、ASTM、BS、ISO、JIS、DIN等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。鑄件重量可以做到0.005kg到250kg。

1. Straight carbon steel: such as Wcb, , ZG270-500 etc;

2. Alloy steel (Cr-Mo-Ni): such as 8620, 4140, ZG35CrMo;

3. Stainless steel: such as 1Cr18Ni9, 304(CF8), 316(CF8M) & 316L(CF3M); duplex phase stainless steel: such as S31803,

1.4460 etc;

4. Heat-resistant steel: such as 0Cr25Ni20, A297 (HK) etc;

5. Copper casting & aluminum casting: such as C83600, A356 etc. The material element can use the tracking mode and the specific implementation should be in terms of standards such as GB, ASTM, BS, ISO, JIS, DIN etc. The casting weight can be variable from 0.005kg to 250kg.

本廠的主要設(shè)備現(xiàn)有：壓蠟系統(tǒng)整套設(shè)備2套、100kg、250kg和500kg中頻感應(yīng)電爐各1套、吊鉤式、履帶式拋丸機各兩臺、移動式焙燒爐3臺、電阻熱處理設(shè)備1套、噴砂設(shè)備2套、整套爐前化學(xué)分析設(shè)備及德國Spectro直讀光譜儀，并配備了相應(yīng)的檢測設(shè)備、儀器，具有年產(chǎn)精密鑄鋼件900噸的能力；另配備了數(shù)控車、銑、刨、鉆等機床，具有一定的機加工能力。

Now the factory mainly has equipments such as 2 sets of whole equipment of wax presser system, 1 set of 100kg medium-frequency induction furnaces, 1 set of 250kg medium-frequency induction furnaces, 1 set of 500kg medium-frequency induction furnaces, 2 hook type airless shot blasting machines & 2 apron type airless shot blasting machines, 3 runner roasting furnaces, 1 set of resistance heat-treatment equipment, 2 sets of abrasive blast equipments, whole furnace front chemistry analysis equipment & German Spectro direct reading spectrometer, and the factory is equipped with corresponding testing equipments & instruments, and has the capacity to produce 900 ton precision steel castings each year; the factory is still equipped with CNC machine tools such as lathe, milling machine, plane machine, drilling machine etc and has some processing capacities.
