HCM系列(27.5MPa規(guī)格) ■概要 主要為小型挖掘機(jī)使用所開發(fā)的高耐久中壓油缸. 適合于最高使用壓力為27.5MPa、使用溫度為-20℃~100℃(寒冷地區(qū)規(guī)格為-40℃~90℃)的使用條件。

挖掘機(jī)用中壓油缸HCM系列(27.5MPa規(guī)格)產(chǎn)品具有以下特點(diǎn): ● 小型、輕量、高強(qiáng)度……采用根據(jù)負(fù)載頻率分析的強(qiáng)度、疲勞設(shè)計(jì)、適應(yīng)性的油缸體和活塞桿的選材及加工技術(shù)、焊接技術(shù),通過(guò)超聲波探傷檢查,作為高壓規(guī)格,實(shí)現(xiàn)小型、輕量、高強(qiáng)度、高可靠性。 ● 密封系統(tǒng)……選用日本NOK和寶色霞板的能夠克服土木建筑業(yè)使用條件的密封圈,以及本公司獨(dú)特的密封系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),防止土砂塵埃,減少油漏,獲得最佳的活塞桿油膜。 ● 缸體……改變缸體和發(fā)蘭的壁厚,按照合適強(qiáng)度、合適尺寸制造的本公司的缸體的內(nèi)面,經(jīng)過(guò)滾光加工,達(dá)到了良好的粗糙度及表面硬度,提高了耐磨性。 ● 活塞桿……以高頻淬火為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)鍍覆鎳硬鉻,提高了防銹、耐磨以及耐傷性能。另外,通過(guò)CNC數(shù)控滾光保證了表面網(wǎng)紋的均勻及高光潔度,從而保證了表面油膜的良好,提高產(chǎn)品壽命。 ● 安全/緩沖功能……根據(jù)需要,能夠比較容易地安裝各種具有專用慢回程、計(jì)數(shù)平衡以及緊急關(guān)閉等功能的閥。而且內(nèi)藏能夠在行程終端吸收沖擊的緩沖機(jī)構(gòu)。
Caution! Points for attention for cylinder use 安裝和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)(Installation and operation) ●開箱(Opening container) 油缸內(nèi)封有氣化性防銹劑,所以,在裝配前不得拆下入口的塞子。如果拆下塞子,必須立即安裝在機(jī)體上,而且在油缸內(nèi)放滿油。 It is prohibited to remove the opening plug before assembly as gasified rust preventative is sealed in cylinder. If the plug is removed, please install it on the main body immediately and fill the cylinder with oil. ●防銹(Rust prevention) 油缸安裝在機(jī)體上以后,如果活塞在伸出的情況下放置時(shí),必須在活塞桿的露出部分涂敷油脂。 After the cylinder being mounted onto the main body, and if the piston extends outside, please coat the external part of piston rod with grease. ●速度(Speed) 一般規(guī)格的油缸,當(dāng)動(dòng)作速度超過(guò)2m/s時(shí),其使用壽命將會(huì)受到影響。以0.3m/s作為沖程末端的場(chǎng)合,為了保護(hù)機(jī)構(gòu)和安全起見(jiàn),建議內(nèi)部安裝緩沖機(jī)構(gòu)。另外,使油缸停止時(shí),為了保護(hù)油缸機(jī)構(gòu)和安全起見(jiàn),線路上也必須考慮,以防止發(fā)生很大的沖擊。為了增加油缸的回油量,線路設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該特別注意。在0.5m/min以下低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),將會(huì)影響到動(dòng)作性(特別是振動(dòng)),所以,低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),應(yīng)該進(jìn)行洽談。 For cylinders with general specification, the service life will be impacted when the speed exceeds 2m/s. For the circumstance setting 0.3m/s as stroke death point, it is recommended to install a buffer device for protection and safety. Besides, when the cylinder stops, take circuitry into consideration to avoid large impact. In order to increase return quantity, pay special attention of circuitry design. For 0.5m/min low speed operation, negotiation is needed for the movement will be impacted (particularly the vibration). ●運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)初期,必須完全排清油缸內(nèi)的空氣。殘留空氣的場(chǎng)合,采取低速充分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),排除空氣。如果油缸內(nèi)殘留空氣受急劇夾壓時(shí),那么,由于液壓油的作用,有可能使密封圈燒損。另外,動(dòng)作中如果油缸內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓,那么,將有可能由于氣蝕作用而發(fā)生異常。 The air in cylinder should be fully discharged at the beginning of operation. As for residuals, the air should be eliminated at a low speed operation. If the residual air in cylinder is impacted by abrupt clamp pressure, the seal ring will be damaged due to the effect of diesel oil. Besides, if vacuum pressure is generated in cylinder during movement, abnormity will be caused by air eroding effect. 工作油(Operating oil) ●合適的工作油(Appropriate operating oil) 下表所示為推薦的工作油(The following tables show the recommended operating oil):
