液壓比例控制系統(tǒng)
以比例控制元件完成動(dòng)力與運(yùn)動(dòng)方向控制,分為比例壓力閥、比例流量閥、比例方向閥及比例方向流量閥,可為模擬量輸入或數(shù)字量輸入,視是否帶反饋分為開環(huán)控制與閉環(huán)控制,一般獲得頻率不是很高(10HZ)以內(nèi),高頻響閥可實(shí)現(xiàn)較高頻率。
若精度要求不高可考慮使用電液比例控制系統(tǒng),一般電液比例控制系統(tǒng)可達(dá)至以下精度

流量控制只控制供油量,并不控制驅(qū)動(dòng)元件的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向;
若系統(tǒng)負(fù)載及變速要求高,則要使用速度控制系統(tǒng)。

電液比例閥是比例控制系統(tǒng)中的主要功率放大元件,按輸入電信號(hào)指令連續(xù)地成比例地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的壓辦流量等參數(shù)。與伺服控制系統(tǒng)中的伺服閥相比,在某些方面還有一定的性能差距(主要性能比較如表1所示),但它顯著的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是抗污染能力強(qiáng),大大地減少了由污染而造成的工作故障,提高了液壓系統(tǒng)的工作穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。另一方面比例閥的成本比伺服閥低,結(jié)構(gòu)也簡(jiǎn)單,已在許多場(chǎng)合獲得廣泛應(yīng)用。
比例閥按功能分為三大類
(1)比例壓力閥。有溢流閥減壓閥,分別有直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)兩種結(jié)構(gòu);可連續(xù)地或按比例地遠(yuǎn)程控制其輸出油液壓力;
(2)比例換向閥。有直動(dòng)和先導(dǎo)兩種結(jié)構(gòu),直動(dòng)閥有帶位移傳感器和不帶位移傳感器兩類。由于使用了比例電磁鐵閥芯不僅可以換位,而且換位的行程可以連續(xù)地或按比例地變化。因而連通油口間的通流面積也可以連續(xù)或按比例地變化。所以比例換向閥不僅能夠控制執(zhí)行元件的方向而且能夠控制其速度。因?yàn)檫@個(gè)原因比例閥中的比例換向閥應(yīng)用也普遍;
(3)比例流量閥。有比例調(diào)速閥和比例溢流流量控制閥,可連續(xù)地或按比例地遠(yuǎn)程控制其輸出流量。
比例閥的輸入單元是電-機(jī)械轉(zhuǎn)換器,它將輸入的電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成機(jī)械量轉(zhuǎn)換器有伺服電機(jī)和步進(jìn)電機(jī)力馬達(dá)和力矩馬達(dá)比例電磁鐵等形式。但常用的比例閥大都采用了比例電磁鐵,比例電磁鐵根據(jù)電磁原理設(shè)計(jì),能使其產(chǎn)生的機(jī)械量(力或力矩和位移)與輸入電信號(hào)(電流)的大小成比例,再連續(xù)地控制液壓閥閥芯的位置,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力方向和流量。比例電磁鐵的結(jié)構(gòu),它由線圈、銜鐵推桿等組成,當(dāng)有信號(hào)輸入線圈時(shí),線圈內(nèi)磁場(chǎng)對(duì)銜鐵產(chǎn)生作用力,銜鐵在磁場(chǎng)中按信號(hào)電流的大小和方向成比例連續(xù)地運(yùn)動(dòng),再通過(guò)固連在一起的銷釘帶動(dòng)推桿運(yùn)動(dòng),從而控制滑閥閥芯的運(yùn)動(dòng)。應(yīng)用的比例電磁鐵是耐高壓直流比例電磁鐵。
比例電磁鐵的類型按照工作原理主要分為
如下幾類:
(1)力控制型
這類電磁鐵的行程短,只有1 5mm,輸出力與輸入電流成正比,常用在比例閥的先導(dǎo)控制級(jí)

(2)行程控制型
由力控制型加負(fù)載彈簧共同組成,電磁鐵輸出的力通過(guò)彈簧轉(zhuǎn)換成輸出位移,輸出位移與輸入電流成正比,工作行程達(dá)3mm,線性好,可以用在直控式比例閥上;
(3)位置調(diào)節(jié)型
銜鐵的位置由傳感器檢測(cè)后,發(fā)出一個(gè)閥內(nèi)反饋信號(hào),在閥內(nèi)進(jìn)行比較后重新調(diào)節(jié)銜鐵的位置。閥內(nèi)形成閉環(huán)控制,精度高,銜鐵的位置與力
無(wú)關(guān),精度高的比例閥如德國(guó)的博世意大利的阿托斯等都采用這種結(jié)構(gòu)。
比例閥與放大器配套使用放大器采用電流負(fù)反饋,設(shè)置斜坡信號(hào)發(fā)生器階躍函數(shù)發(fā)生器、PD調(diào)節(jié)器反向器等,控制升壓降壓時(shí)間或運(yùn)動(dòng)加速度及減速度。斷電時(shí), 能使閥芯處于安全位置。
比例電磁鐵和液壓閥組成電液比例閥。由于比例電磁鐵可以在不同的電流下得到不同的力(或行程),因此可以無(wú)級(jí)改變壓力、流量。故比例電磁鐵是比例閥的關(guān)鍵元件。

電液比例閥是采用了比例控制技術(shù),介于開關(guān)型液壓閥和電液伺服閥之間的-種液壓元件,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用,輸入的電信號(hào)有模擬式和數(shù)字式兩大類,可以用于控制位置(轉(zhuǎn)角)、速度(轉(zhuǎn)速)、加速度(角加速度)、壓力(壓差)、力(力矩)等參數(shù)。電液比例閥等元件可以組成如下三類控制回路和系統(tǒng)
(1)電液比例壓力控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機(jī)卷取機(jī)液壓輔助系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于板帶軋機(jī)輥縫控制的液壓推上系統(tǒng)電液比例壓力控制回路,用于帶材卷取設(shè)備恒張力的閉環(huán)電液比例壓力控制回路;
(2)電液比例流量控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機(jī)精軋機(jī)平衡液壓系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于機(jī)床微進(jìn)給的電液比例控制回路,用于旋壓機(jī)折板機(jī)同步的電液比例控制回路,用于電梯的電液比例控制回路;
(3)電液比例多參數(shù)控制回路和系統(tǒng)。例如:用于帶鋼熱連軋機(jī)精軋換輥液壓系統(tǒng)的電液比例壓力控制回路,用于液壓缸垂直配置而采用wI型閥芯的比例控制回路,用于熱軋鋼卷步進(jìn)鏈?zhǔn)竭\(yùn)輸機(jī)的速度、加減速度控制回路。
電液比例閥是閥內(nèi)比例電磁鐵輸入電壓信號(hào)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)動(dòng)作,使工作閥閥芯產(chǎn)生位移,閥口尺寸發(fā)生改變并以此完成與輸入電壓成比例壓力、流量輸出元件。閥芯位移也可以以機(jī)械、液壓或電形式進(jìn)行反饋。電液比例閥具有形式種類多樣、容易組成使用電氣及計(jì)算機(jī)控制各種電液系統(tǒng)、控制精度高、安裝使用靈活以及抗污染能力強(qiáng)等多方面優(yōu)點(diǎn),應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域日益拓寬。近年研發(fā)生產(chǎn)插裝式比例閥和比例多路閥充分考慮到工程機(jī)械使用特點(diǎn),具有先導(dǎo)控制、負(fù)載傳感和壓力補(bǔ)償?shù)裙δ?。它出現(xiàn)對(duì)移動(dòng)式液壓機(jī)械整體技術(shù)水平提升具有重要意義。特別是電控先導(dǎo)操作、無(wú)線遙控和有線遙控操作等方面展現(xiàn)了其良好應(yīng)用前景。
電液比例閥種類和形式
電液比例閥包括比例流量閥、比例壓力閥、比例換向閥。工程機(jī)械液壓操作特點(diǎn),以結(jié)構(gòu)形式劃分電液比例閥主要有兩類:一類是螺旋插裝式比例閥,另一類是滑閥式比例閥。
滑閥式比例閥又稱分配閥,是移動(dòng)式機(jī)械液壓系統(tǒng)基本元件之一,是能實(shí)現(xiàn)方向與流量調(diào)節(jié)復(fù)合閥。電液滑閥式比例多路閥是比較理想電液轉(zhuǎn)換控制元件,它保留了手動(dòng)多路閥基本功能,還增加了位置電反饋比例伺服操作和負(fù)載傳感等先進(jìn)控制手段。它是工程機(jī)械分配閥更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。
出于制造成本考慮和工程機(jī)械控制精度要求不高特點(diǎn),--般比例多路閥內(nèi)不配置位移感應(yīng)傳感器,具有電子檢測(cè)和糾錯(cuò)功能。,閥芯位移量容易受負(fù)載變化引起壓力波動(dòng)影響,操作過(guò)程中要靠視覺觀察來(lái)保證作業(yè)完成。電控、遙控操作時(shí)更應(yīng)注意外界千涉影響。近來(lái),電子技術(shù)發(fā)展,人們?cè)絹?lái)越多采用內(nèi)裝差動(dòng)變壓器(LDVT)等位移傳感器構(gòu)成閥芯位置移動(dòng)檢測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)閥芯位移閉環(huán)控制。這種由電磁比例閥、位置反饋傳感器、驅(qū)動(dòng)放大器和其它電子電路組成高度集成比例閥,具有一定校正功能,可以有效克服一.般比例閥缺點(diǎn),使控制精度到較大提高。
電液比例多路閥負(fù)載傳感與壓力補(bǔ)償技術(shù)
節(jié)約能量、降低油溫和提高控制精度,同時(shí)也使同步動(dòng)作幾個(gè)執(zhí)行元件運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)互不干擾,現(xiàn)較先進(jìn)工程機(jī)械都采用了負(fù)載傳感與壓力補(bǔ)償技術(shù)。負(fù)載傳感與壓力補(bǔ)償是一一個(gè)很相似概念,都是利用負(fù)載變化引起壓力變化去調(diào)節(jié)泵或閥壓力與流量以適應(yīng)系統(tǒng)工作需求。負(fù)載傳感對(duì)定量泵系統(tǒng)來(lái)講是將負(fù)載壓力負(fù)載感應(yīng)油路引至遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)壓溢流閥上,當(dāng)負(fù)載較小時(shí),溢流閥調(diào)定壓力也較小;負(fù)載較大,調(diào)定壓力也較大,但也始終存一定溢流損失。變量泵系統(tǒng)是將負(fù)載傳感油路引入到泵變量機(jī)構(gòu),使泵輸出壓力隨負(fù)載壓力升高而升高(始終為較小固定壓差),使泵輸出流量與系統(tǒng)實(shí)際需要流量相等,無(wú)溢流損失,實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能。壓力補(bǔ)償是提高閥控制性能而采取一種保證措施。將閥口后負(fù)載壓力引入壓力補(bǔ)償閥,壓力補(bǔ)償閥對(duì)閥口前壓力進(jìn)行調(diào)整使閥口前后壓差為常值,這樣節(jié)流口流量調(diào)節(jié)特性流經(jīng)閥口流量大小就只與該閥口開度有關(guān),而不受負(fù)載壓力影響。
工程機(jī)械電液比例閥先導(dǎo)控制與遙控
電液比例閥和其它專用器件技術(shù)進(jìn)步使工程車輛擋位、轉(zhuǎn)向、制動(dòng)和工作裝置等各種系統(tǒng)電氣控制成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。一般需要位移輸出機(jī)構(gòu)可采用比例伺服控制手動(dòng)多路閥驅(qū)動(dòng)器完成。電氣操作具有響應(yīng)快、布線靈活、可實(shí)現(xiàn)集成控制和與計(jì)算機(jī)接口容易等優(yōu)點(diǎn),現(xiàn)代工程機(jī)械液壓閥已越來(lái)越多采用電控先導(dǎo)控制電液比例閥(或電液開關(guān)閥)代替手動(dòng)直接操作或液壓先導(dǎo)控制多路閥。采用電液比例閥(或電液開關(guān)閥)另一個(gè)顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)是工程車輛上可以大大減少操作手柄個(gè)數(shù),這使駕駛室布置簡(jiǎn)潔,能夠有效降低操作復(fù)雜性,對(duì)提高作業(yè)質(zhì)量和效率都具有重要實(shí)際意義。
電液比例閥工程機(jī)械上應(yīng)用實(shí)例
汽車起重機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)。該機(jī)采用了3片型比例多路閥,負(fù)載傳感油路中3個(gè)梭閥將3個(gè)工作負(fù)載中大壓力選出來(lái)送至遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)壓溢流閥遠(yuǎn)控口,調(diào)整溢流閥溢流壓力,使液壓泵輸出壓力恰好符合系統(tǒng)負(fù)載需要即可,達(dá)到一定節(jié)能目。壓力補(bǔ)償油路使每一片閥流量?jī)H與該閥開度有關(guān),而所承受負(fù)載無(wú)關(guān),它閥片所承受負(fù)載也沒(méi)有關(guān)系,達(dá)到任一負(fù)載下均可隨意控制負(fù)載速度目。
推土機(jī)推土鏟手動(dòng)與電液比例先導(dǎo)控制實(shí)例。當(dāng)二位三通電磁閥不通電時(shí),先導(dǎo)壓力與手動(dòng)減壓式先導(dǎo)閥相通,梭閥選擇來(lái)自手動(dòng)先導(dǎo)閥壓力對(duì)液動(dòng)換向閥進(jìn)行控制;當(dāng)二位三通電磁閥通電時(shí),先導(dǎo)控制壓力油通向三通比例減壓式先導(dǎo)閥,梭閥對(duì)液動(dòng)換向閥進(jìn)行控制。
