水處理用磁粉是在重介質(zhì)粉的基礎(chǔ)上加入了其他的超強磁性物,其配合絮凝劑聚合氯化鋁在廢水處理中能夠起到快速絮凝,沉淀的作用,廣泛適用于煤礦污水,洗煤廢水,冶金、石油等行業(yè)廢水的油類污染物的快速處理。磁粉具有巨大的比表面積和表面自由能,表面活性很高。它不僅對水中雜質(zhì)有很好的吸附效應(yīng),它還能滲透到所有的絮凝體中并強化絮凝體的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),同時有效增大絮體的比表面積,使其牢固而不易破碎,有利快速的固液分離和提高污泥的干化度。有很強的磁吸絮凝特征。水處理磁粉能大幅削減水中COD、色度(60%以上)等污染物,對病毒、細菌也有顯著去除效果。在去除磷、重金屬離子、SS、COD等污染物過程中,利用表面活性點位的氧化、吸附、表面電荷絡(luò)合作用,實現(xiàn)污染物從水相中分離,固化,從而使水體得以凈化。磁粉還可以多次循環(huán)回收,重復(fù)使用。

微磁聚凝劑簡介
????微磁聚凝劑是水溶性的高分子聚合物, 主要用于各種工業(yè)廢水的絮凝沉降,沉淀澄清處理,如鋼鐵廠廢水,電鍍廠廢水,冶金廢水,洗煤廢水等污水處理、污泥脫水等。由于其分子鏈中含有一定數(shù)量的極性基團,它能通過吸附水中懸浮的固體粒子,使粒子間架橋或通過電荷中和使粒子凝聚形成大的絮凝物,故可加速懸浮液中粒子的沉降,有非常明顯的加快溶液澄清,促進過濾等效果。
微磁聚凝劑由于它具有:
1、澄清凈化作用;
2、沉降促進作用;?
3、過濾促進作用;
4、增稠作用及其它作用。
?? 在廢液處理、污泥濃縮脫水、選礦、洗煤、造紙等方面,能夠充分滿足各種領(lǐng)域的要求。
?? 煤廠對煤泥水的處理一般情況下采用“旋流器-濃縮機-壓濾機(煤泥沉淀池)”處理工藝。一般情況下都是采購機高分子絮凝劑。高分子絮凝劑與煤泥微?;蛎耗嗄z體接觸作用,中和了煤泥表面的電性,降低表面能,使煤泥微粒凝聚沉淀。不同粒度組成的煤泥水要選用不同分子量的絮凝劑。在使用微磁聚凝劑進行水處理的時候,要保證類型與煤泥水的pH值相吻合,微磁聚凝劑的適于偏堿性煤泥水。
